Question 1

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

We reply to every quote request within 24 hours, with questions or a first estimate.

Question 2

What should I include in a quote request?

Accepted Answer

What you need and how many, where it is going, your timeline, and photos or measurements of the space if you have them. Product sizes and any brand files help us quote accurately on the first pass.

Question 3

Do you publish a price list?

Accepted Answer

No. Every display is sized and specified for the space, so we quote each project individually. Our pricing guide explains what drives cost and gives typical budget ranges.

Question 4

Can you do single units and bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build everything from one custom unit to larger runs for multiple locations.

Question 5

Do you provide design help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already have drawings or files, we build from those. If not, we design the display with you from scratch and make sure it is ready for production.

Question 6

Will I see a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You approve a proof before anything is built.

Question 7

What is the lead time?

Accepted Answer

Lead times depend on scope and materials. Most projects fall between 2 days and 6 weeks, and we give you a clear timeline before we start.

Question 8

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Glass, acrylic, metal and LED components, depending on the display and the look you want. Tell us about the environment and use, and we will recommend what fits.

Question 9

Do you ship nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We confirm shipping rates and delivery timing with your quote, once we know what you are ordering and where it is going.

Question 10

Where do you install?

Accepted Answer

We install in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. If you are outside that range, ask anyway: depending on the job, we may still be able to help.

Question 11

How is content updated on a digital display?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the model. Before you order, we confirm exactly how content is loaded and updated for the unit we quote.

Question 12

Can a screen go in a front window?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but window-facing displays need higher brightness to stay readable in daylight. Tell us where it will sit and we will specify accordingly.
